Chris (the owner) just left after completing the spring maintenance check up on the American Standard 4 ton unit that he installed in Dec. 2020. There are 3 years (6 visits) included in the original purchase agreement. To date, we have had 0 issues with this unit and couldn't be more pleased with the way that Grand Air Heating and Cooling does business. The original bid and installation was expertly done. The job was not rushed and Chris paid attention to ALL the details. This local business is the real deal when it comes to doing it once and doing it right. He wasn't the cheapest of the 4 bids we got but his was the most comprehensive that I have ever seen when it comes to the details. Even when the included service visits are used up, I will continue to use this company for all of my Heating and Cooling needs. We highly recommend this business.
